G7 Recognized for Innovation in Logistics at Messe München’s Transport Logistics China 2018
BEIJING, China, May 16, 2018 — Today kicked off the 8th Annual Transport Logistics China conference hosted by Messe-München at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The conference alternates annually between Munich and Shanghai and is widely regarded as the most important event in the logistics space. G7 was invited to participate in the "Smart Logistics Zone" to showcase its technology and industry strength.
Central to this year’s G7 showcase is its Shipper Solutions, a key area of focus since the company’s inception. Leveraging Internet of Things+AI technology, this platform enables shippers to visualize and digitally manage all aspects of their cargo transportation process. Specific hardware and software enhancements cater to more complex transport processes such as cold chain transportation, hazardous chemicals transportation, bulk cargo goods and automotive logistics.
At G7’s booth, on-site technical experts simulated business operation processes of G7's intelligent transportation management platform on a large monitor display. Through the G7 system, shippers can completely automate existing manual processes. Critical events are signaled through the platform real-time, triggering pre-designated interventions, thereby reducing risks and increasing management efficiency.
In order to make it easier for the on-site guests to understand the value of G7's technologies for the shipper industry, G7 demonstrated its IoT + AI technology with various interactive activities.
Stated CEO Xuehun Zhai, "G7 is moving in a more open and integrated direction. By leveraging the accumulated technological advantages of Internet of Things+AI systems, G7 is making far-reaching innovation accessible to logistics companies in China, greatly enhancing their market competitiveness."
Many media interviewed the founder and CEO of G7, Zhai Xuehun.
At TLC 2018, G7 was awarded the 2018 Asia Smart Logistics Logistics Star Award by the organizer.
