G7 Appoints Jielong Zhang as Chief Financial Officer
BEIJING, China, March 26, 2018 — G7 recently announced the appointment of Mr. Jielong Zhang as Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities will include corporate finance, strategic cooperation, financial management, legal affairs, and public relations. Zhang and his team will deepen the cooperative relationship with strategic partners, promote new business growth, and consolidate G7 as the leading platform for China's largest Internet of Things platform in the logistics field.
Zhang has spent more than 12 years in the field of private equity investment, focusing on the logistics, finance, automotive, energy, and new retail industries. Prior to joining G7, he served as the Managing Director of Guokai International Holdings, the equity investment arm of China Development Bank. Zhang’s investment portfolio included GLP, Best, Jamie, Alibaba, Ant Financial, Digging Cai, Weilai Automobile, US Food, Xianyi, Yingde Gas, Sinopec Sales, and China General Nuclear Power.
