Zhai Xuehun

Co-founder and CEO

Mr. Zhai is graduated from Tsinghua University with two Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Economics.  He is widely regarded as China’s pioneer in supply chain and logistics.  He has been twice recognized as a Top Ten Influencer by China’s Federation of Logistics/Purchasing and currently serves as its Deputy Secretary.

Ma Zheren, Julian


Mr. Ma brings over 20 years of experience in technology and is a renowned leader in the automotive space.  Prior to G7 Networks, Julian was the Corporate Vice President at Tencent, China's leading internet company.  There, he oversaw Tencent's LBS, search, and autonomous driving businesses during 2012-2017, and led Tencent's corporate strategy from 2008-2012. Julian was with A.T. Kearney, a global management consultancy during 2000-2008, where he was Principal and Head of the Communication and High-tech Practice for Greater China.  Julian received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland. Julian is a Fellow of China Fellowship Program at Aspen Institute.

Song Xujun

Chief Strategy Officer

Song has 20 years of strategic and operating consulting experience. In his previous role as transport industry lead and partner at Deloitte China, Song was responsible for global and domestic logistic companies as well as shippers. He has deep industry insight and strong technical understanding within the field.

Prior to Deloitte China, Song held key roles at Huawei and AT Kearney. At G7, he is responsible for the company's strategic planning, mainly helping customers achieve digital transformation through G7 technology. Song holds a dual Computer Science and Economics bachelors degrees from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).

Zhang Jielong


Mr. Zhang is graduated from Tsinghua University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Master’s Degree in Finance and received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics from Beijing Foreign Studies University.   He has rich investment experience in logistics, finance and auto industries, invested G7, GLP, Best Express, Ant Financial, NIO Motor, etc.

Xiang Wei

Product Vice President

Xiang has been active in R&D and management for over ten years at leading Chinese tech conglomerates, such as Tencent and Baidu. During his tenure at Tencent, Xiang served as the architect in charge of search and advertisement.  In addition, he was the system architect and technical director of Tencent Positioning Service, a location-based service (LBS), and also oversaw vehicle-related products.
